1. Preamble

Pursuant to article 13, Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 - “Personal data protection code” (hereafter “Code”), the Data Controller Marryadress s.r.l.s. is required to provide you with information about the use of your personal data.

2. Source of personal data

"Your personal data is collected by recording the data supplied by you, as data subject, at the time your data is sent."

3. Purpose of processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

1. to publish your message on the website “www.marryadress.com” (hereafter “Website”), in order to allow you to represent facts and opinions you have expressed and in which to include all the information you think may be of interest to the public, while respecting the dignity and honorability of third parties and in compliance with current legislation;

2. to conduct direct surveys and check on the level of satisfaction with the services offered or requested;

3. to send periodic reports on the campaigns subscribed by the data subject by sending their data;

4. to send third party communications about content similar to the campaigns subscribed by the data subject;

5. to send advertising or direct selling material or material regarding market research or commercial correspondence in connection with the content contained in the website or similar to the campaigns subscribed by the data subject.

6. The personal data provided may be communicated to third parties in order to comply with legal obligations, in the performance of orders issued by public authorities authorised to do so, or also to assert or defend a right in courts of law.

To ensure the efficiency of the service, please take note that the data may be used to perform technical checks and verifications.

4. Data processing methods

In relation to the purposes described, personal data processing is performed using manual, IT and online tools based on logic closely correlated with the purposes illustrated above and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the safety and confidentiality of same.

5. Data submission is optional

Data submission is optional, but absent such data, it will not be possible to publish your messages on the Website and/or send you periodic reports about the campaigns and/or services you have subscribed and/or conduct direct surveys to measure the level of satisfaction with the services offered, in order to improve service quality.

6. Categories of persons to whom the data may be communicated or who may come into contact with same in their capacity as Data Processors or Persons Tasked with Processing

Only the website administrators identified as Persons Tasked with Processing may come into contact with your personal data. Solely for the purposes set out in paragraph 3 (Purposes of Processing), third party service providers used by the website may come into contact with personal data, subject to their designation as Data Processors and with guarantees of the same level of protection.

7. Data Subject’s Rights

Please finally take note that personal data protection legislation grants Data Subjects the possibility of exercising specific rights, based on the provisions of article 7 of the “Code”, as set out below:

1. Data subjects have the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not their personal data exists, even if not yet recorded, and the communication of such data in intelligible form.

2. Data subjects have the right to obtain information about: a) the source of the personal data; b) the purposes and methods of processing; c) the logic applied in the event processing is performed with the support of electronic instruments; d) the identity of the Data Controller, the Data Processors and the designated representative pursuant to article 5, subsection 2; e) the persons and categories of persons to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may come into contact with same in their capacity as designated representatives in Italy of Data Processors or Persons Tasked with Processing.

3. Data Subjects have the right to obtain: a) updates, corrections or, if of interest, supplements of the data; b) the deletion, anonymisation or blocking of data processed in breach of the law, including data which does not need to be retained in consideration of the purposes for which the data was collected or subsequently processed;

4. confirmation that the operations set out in letters a. and b. have been brought to the attention, also with regard to their content, of those to whom the data has been communicated or diffused, unless this proves impossible or requires a disproportionate effort compared to the right to be protected;

5. the Data Subject has the right to object, entirely or in part: a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data regarding same, even if pertinent to the purpose of its collection; b) the processing of the personal data of same for the purpose of sending advertising or direct selling materials or for market research and commercial correspondence.

The Data Processor is Mrs. Manfredi Maria Francesca, who is responsible for providing confirmation in the event that the rights described above are exercised.
